This piece was created as a manual repeat by hand. It was the first repeat pattern I had created like this. I did three pieces like this. On the other pieces I painted separated pieces or drew pieces separate and then sandwiched them on to the painted background. The two hero patterns were done as manual repeats. One done completely by hand and the green one with cream leaves' repeat was completed in the computer. The repeat for the painted rust-orange background was also done in the computer, after painting the texture manually.
